Under FOI I would like to request the following.
1. The total number of new potholes reported in this local authority in the fiscal year 2020/21.
2. The total number of new potholes reported in this local authority up to the point of response to this request the fiscal year 2021/22.
3. The total number of new potholes reported in this local authority that were repaired within 24 hours in the fiscal year 2020/21.
4. The total number of new potholes reported in this local authority that were repaired within 24 hours up to the point of response to this request in the fiscal year 2021/22.

1. Please see table below. Please note this data includes all reported ‘carriageway defects’, but not all of these will be potholes and some of these enquiries may have been reporting more than one defect at a time. Data for just 'potholes' is not recorded and therefore falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

3. As a result of customer reporting there have been 46 no. repairs carried out within 24 hours of being issued for the fiscal year 2020/21.
