Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I wish to request the following information:
1) How many bin collections have been missed in each of the last five financial years since 2017-18?
2) How many new refuse vehicle collections have been bought in the last five years and how many vehicles have been retired from service?
3) How many complaints have been made to the council over missed bin collections in each of the last five financial years?
4) What has the budget been for waste management services in each of the last five financial years?
