1) How many Changing Places Toilets does your Local Authority have and where are they located?
a) in local authority managed buildings
b) school/education buildings
c) shopping centres
d) transport hubs etc.

2) Does your Local Authority receive requests by Community groups to ask the Local Authority to install a Changing Places Toilet in their facility?
If so, how many have you received in the last five years?

3) Does the Local Authority have any Changing Places Toilets applications going through the planning process at the date of this communication?

4) Have any planning applications been altered to include a Changing Places Toilets due to the amendment of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019?
(These powers have been used in the Town And Country Planning (Changing Places Toilet Facilities) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 ("the CPT Regulations"), which:
 Amend and add new types of development that require a CPT;
Introduce a minimum size / capacity limit for requiring a CPT, recognising that it may not be reasonably practicable to provide a CPT (minimum 12m2) in smaller buildings; and amend the specification of the facility.)

5) Does your Local Authority contract the services of an Inclusive Design Advisor  to overlook planning applications before they are heard by your Planning Board?
