I am looking for information about technology enabled care and support and its use as part of social care in your local authority area. I am looking for this information under freedom of information legislation and as such, would expect to be sent this information within 20 working days.

1. Do you currently use technolgy enabled care and support in your local authority? If so, when was this first introduced?

2. How many people have received social care packages with an element of technolgy enabled care and support:
a) since this was introduced?
b) as of January 2022?

3. How many of these packages  are in relation to the provision of overnight care?

1. Do you currently use technolgy enabled care and support in your local authority? If so, when was this first introduced? TEC started in Moray in 2009.

2. How many people have received social care packages with an element of technolgy enabled care and support:
a) since this was introduced? 5021 people have received a telecare service since then
b) as of January 2022? 1729 people have a telecare service in January 2022

3. How many of these packages  are in relation to the provision of overnight care? All of the telecare services have an element of overnight service.
