FOI Request - Economic Development Staff and Vacant Properties

I would be grateful if you could tell me, broken down by year for 2016-2021:

-The number of people (Full time equivalent) working in the council’s economic development team (or equivalent named team focused on regeneration).

I would also be grateful if you could tell me, for the year 2021:

-The number of vacant commercial properties in town centres
-The vacant rate for commercial properties in town centres.

Clarification 26.01.22:
I understand that Moray may be in a different situation geographically.
I would be happy if you could provide me with the data for high streets, rather than town centres.

2016 – 115 employees – 103.70 FTE
2017 – 132 employees – 110.02 FTE
2018 – 121 employees – 117 FTE
2019 – 114 employees – 99.34 FTE
2020 – 107 employees – 97.36 FTE
2021 – 111 employees - 105.92 FTE

I would also be grateful if you could tell me, for the year 2021:

-The vacant rate for commercial properties in town centres.

As at 31st December 2021 there were 491 Non Domestic Rates properties with "High Street" as part of their address. Of these properties there were 52 unoccupied, which equates to 10.59% of Non Domestic Rates properties with "High Street" as part of their address.
