I would therefore be grateful if you could supply the following information:

1. The total number of individual private landlords that are approved and on the register.
2. The total number of individual properties linked to a private registered landlord.
3. The total number of properties linked to the top 10 private landlords ( please break this down by number of properties let for each landlord).
4. The total number of properties on the register with a registered private landlord that has an address outside the UK, broken down by foreign country of residence of the landlord.
5. The number of elected councillors who serve this local authority, who are also registered private landlords. Please identify how many properties are let by each councillor.
6. The total number of private landlords on the register with criminal convictions.
7.  A complete machine readable file containing all the information in the Register held by the local authority in CSV file format.

Please supply the requested information in machine readable files such as Microsoft Excel or CSV format files, wherever possible. Please avoid responding with pdf format files.
