FOI Request - Child and Young Persons Plan Signatures

I wish to make a freedom of information request to the council. I request to know if completed Childs Plan/Young Persons Plan before being filed on educational records or Seemis, would be required to be signed by either all the plan partners or as a minimum the lead professional who compiles the plan as part of the local authorities procedures for dealing with these documents.

CURRENTLY THE CHILD PLANS ARE NOT UPLOADED ONTO SEEMIS IN MORAY. THERE IS A SECTION AT THE END OF THE PLAN WHERE THE VIEWS OF YOUNG PERSON AND PARENT/CARER ARE RECORDED AND WHERE ANY DISAGREEMENT CAN BE RECORDED TOO. NO-ONE SIGNS OFF THE PLAN AS THEY ARE CREATED BY EVERYONE WITHIN THE PLAN AND THE OUTCOMES ARE CONSTRUCTED ON THE INFORMATION AND VIEWS SHARED BY EVERYONE

THE CSP IS A DIFFERENT PROCESS AND VIEWS OF THE PLAN ARE RECORDED AND THE PLAN SIGNED BY THE CENTRAL OFFICER WITH RESPONSIBILITY FOR CSPS. THIS IS AN ANNUAL PROCESS.
