2020-2021 - Direct Services (195 complaints), Housing and Property (163 complaints), Development Services (36 complaints), Integrated Children Services (31 complaints) and Community Care (29 complaints).

2019-2020 - Direct Services (311 complaints), Housing and Property (215 complaints), Schools and Curriculum Development (52 complaints), Legal and Democratic (41 complaints) and Integrated Children Services (37 complaints).

2018-2019 - Direct Services (256 complaints), Housing and Property (172 complaints), Legal and Democratic (45 complaints), Integrated Children Services (31 complaints) and Schools and Curriculum Development (28 complaints).
