1) How many care homes within the local authority are not taking admissions and the reasons for this, broken down by whether they are publicly or privately owned.

1)     As of today 14.01.2022 we have 6 care homes in Moray that are not currently accepting admissions and this is due to COVID-19 and staffing issues.
All homes are privately owned.
