Both sample and summary Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreements used by Moray Council are available to view on our website (link provided below).  These are Scottish Government templates adopted, approved and used by Moray Council. This information therefore falls under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information otherwise accessible:

There is no specific reference to the use of social media by tenants or residents.  The agreement sets out the responsibilities of both Moray Council as a landlord and that of the tenant.
