1: Provide the valid authentic full audit and report of the Moray Councils Health and safety Executives
medical and scientific risk assessment for the wearing of a face mask inside their sports and leisure facilities, provide the Oxygen levels and carbon dioxide CO 2 levels, inside and outside the body including the duration of the tests completed.
2: Provide the valid authentic full medical and scientific health risk assessment report, pertaining to the risk assessment for the wearing of a face mask inside their sports and leisure faciliti es, please include all areas within the facility’s. Provide the Oxygen levels and carbon dioxide CO 2 levels, inside and outside the body including the duration of the tests completed.
3: In your expert Health and safety executives’ opinions does he/she agree/disagree that every
Sports facility, must be tested and have a risk assessment carried out for oxygen levels and carbon dioxide CO 2 levels weekly, daily, hourly or every 15 minutes, due to the change in environmental conditions

4: Provide the full audit pursuant to how many sports facilities that have participated in the Moray Councils Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide CO 2 medical and scientific risk assessment study in the public's interest to date?

5: Provide all Moray Councils safety, medical and scientific safety regulations, and guidelines you are all
working too, pertaining to the safe oxygen levels and the safe carbon dioxide CO2 levels,
inside the body and outside the body, when in the sports facility building.
6. Please provide the law that enforces the wearing of face masks/coverings, please provide the
proclamation date of this law?

The most recent legislation requiring the wearing of face masks is the Health Protection (Coronavirus)(Requirements)(Scotland)Regulations 2021,Regulation 5.These regulations came into force 9th August 2021.These regulations have been amended since introduction.
