Please provide figures for the average amount of time it takes to adapt social homes with the following: - A Wheel chair accessible bathroom - Fitting handrails. - Fitting a ramp outside the house to allow people to wheel into their homes. Within the Moray Council area. Between the (29/07/1921) and the (29/07/21) [...] If the council records don't go back this far I'd like the data from the earliest date possible please.

1. A Wheel chair accessible bathroom - fitting handrails

since 1 April 2001 (as far back as records go) –29/07/21 - 

928 wheel chair accessible bathrooms - fitting handrails fitted

234 days average from request to install

2. Fitting a ramp outside the house to allow people to wheel into their homes.

51 ramps fitted
