FOI Request - Council Fleet Information

I'd be grateful if you can provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1. A list of vehicles owned or leased to the council. Please include; registration mark, make & model and body type.
2. Identify which vehicles are owned and which are leased.
3. Number of miles driven over the last 12 month period.
4. Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these vehicles.
5. The estimated amount of spend (£) on diesel/petrol per annum and the cost split between owned and leased vehicles.

Questions 1 and 2 have been answered within previous FOI requests. This information therefore falls under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information otherwise accessible. A full fleet list can be found here: http://www.moray.gov.uk/downloads/file135938.pdf

3. Number of miles driven over the last 12 month period. – For 2020-21, total of 4,359,610 miles broken down as follows: 

• HGV rigid mileage -  1,083,821 this would be KM
• HGV articulated mileage – 79,795 as above
• HGV (combined) mileage – 1,163,616 as above
• Van (petrol) mileage – NIL
• Van (diesel) mileage - 2,007,484 miles
• Electric car mileage – 8,133 miles
• Hybrid car mileage – 4,856 miles
• Large diesel bus mileage – 21,195 km
• Large electric bus mileage – 13,444 km
• Bus up 17 seat diesel – 331,210 miles
• Car diesel – 505,833 miles
• Van electric – 25,925 miles

4. Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these vehicles. – Each member of staff is responsible for each vehicle. This information is therefore exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - personal information. 
5. The estimated amount of spend (£) on diesel/petrol per annum and the cost split between owned and leased vehicles. – 20/21 - £1,200,371 all Derv and Gas Oil. No petrol powered vehicles on the fleet, all 9 leased vehicles are electric so no split
