1.     How many people have been struck off the landlord register in the past 10 years for offering free and/or low rent in exchange for sex and/or sexual favours from their tenant(s)? Please provide the total number per calendar year. For 2021, please go up to the present day (the day this request is being handled).
2.     In each case provide the gender of the person struck off the list, and if possible their full name and age.
3.     Please provide any relevant information the council has access to for each of these cases which explains why the person was struck off the register, and for how long the ban is in place.
