FOI Request - Land and Buildings Transaction Tax

Under FOISA, I would like to obtain information about the local authorities off-the-shelf house purchases as part of the affordable housing supply programme.

For each of the last 6 financial years, please provide:

1. The number of times it has paid Land and Buildings Transaction Tax to purchase an off-the-shelf property;
2. the total value of that LBTT paid in that year
3. The number of times it has paid Additional Dwelling Supplement to purchase an off-the-shelf  property;
4. the total value of that ADS paid in that year
For the avoidance of doubt, regarding parts 1 and 3, if this the number of times payment is made differs from the number of properties paid, i.e. transactions are aggregated when, please provide the number the of properties the LBTT applies to and the number of transactions
