FOI Request - A940 Speed Limit Signs

The A940 into Forres has temporary speed limit signs on it just now to reduce the speed to 30. [...] I am looking for the traffic order that has recently led to the placing of temporary Signs extending the speed limit outside Forres on the A 940.
