I am requesting the following information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act Scotland (2002)

- The number of derelict buildings in the local authority area, including former commercial or residential buildings that are not council owned

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, this information is not held. 

We have involvement with derelict buildings in terms of our powers associated with dangerous and defective buildings but do not hold a records of the number of derelict buildings across the Moray area.
