FOI Request - Empty Storefronts

I am requesting the following information to which I am entitled, under the Freedom of Information Act Scotland (2002).

1. The number of empty store fronts broken down by calendar (or financial year depending on how the records are held) since 2016.

Every  2 years we undertake Town Centre Health Checks which includes recording the total number of vacant shop units in Moray's town centres. I would note that due to Covid-19 restrictions the Town Centre Health Check scheduled for 2020 was not completed.
