1. The number of initial case reviews carried out in relation to child protection in the area in each of the last five years.
2. The number of significant case reviews carried out in relation to child protection in the area in each of the last five years.
3. Copies of the executive summaries and recommendations of each significant case review carried out in relation to child protection in the area in the last five years.
