I would like to request the following information, please.

1. Does the council collect glass waste separately at kerbside?

2. Has the councils
(a) signed any commercial contracts for the collection/treatment of glass waste and
(b) when do those contracts finish?

3. How many tonnes of glass waste has the council collected and sent for treatment in each of the last three years?

1. We operate an in-house domestic mixed glass kerbside collection

1a. Collection is operated in-house. All our collected glass goes to Sibelco Green Solutions UK Ltd

1b. Current contract agreement is for 3 years +1 +1 (optional), signed in Feb 2020, currently due expiry Feb 2025

2. Tonnes of glass waste has the council collected and sent for treatment in each of the last three years are as follows:

1/4/2018 – 31/3/2019      3186.06
