Does Moray Council include an interview with the whole Council for candidates in the selection process for the post of Chief Executive?

Moray Council’s appointment procedures for Chief Executive recruitment do not include an interview with the whole Council, however the Council make the final decision on appointment based on a report from the Recruitment Panel.
