I would like the total number of Section 11 notifications from Private Rented Sector (PRS) landlords in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

I would also like the total number of PRS properties for each of these years from landlord registration data. That way we can see what % of tenancies have ended in eviction and whether this has changed.

If you do not have this information for all of these years, please provide whatever you do have.

2017: 8
2018: 10
2019: 12
2020: 6

2. Total number of PRS properties for each of these years from landlord registration data:

Please note: this is approximate and based on the highest number of properties registered at any point in that year.

Data from 2017 and earlier is not held. This information is therefore exempt from release under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information Not Held.
