2. What the total spend was on self-directed support in each year from 2018/19 to now, broken down by option.
3. What the notional budget allocation was for self-directed support at the start of each financial year from 2018/19 to 2020/21.
4. Whether there was any underspend in the self-directed support budget for 2020/21 due to covid and if so how much that was.
