I would like to receive information about the number of data breaches your council has experienced. This can be, for example, an email sent out to the wrong recipient, fail to BCC in an email or other human errors that caused data breach.

Can. I please receive the number of data breaches for the past 5 financial years meaning financial year 2020/2021,2019/2020.2018/2019, 2017/2018 and 2016/2017.
