How many houses are being built over the next five years – broken down by type of home (affordable housing etc.)

The Council’s Housing Land Audit (HLA) sets out projected housing completions and Policy DP2 of the Moray Local Development Plan 2020 requires 25% of houses to be affordable.

The 2021 HLA was approved by the Planning & Regulatory Services Committee at its meeting on 03 August 2021 and is published on the Council's website. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 'information otherwise accessible'.
