1. There were 36 insurance claims citing potholes as cause of damage submitted in the year 2019.

2. There were 38 insurance claims citing potholes as cause of damage submitted in the year 2020.

3. Twice. The amounts paid are exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, ‘personal information’.
