I am ... requesting the following information on gully management within your authority under Scottish the freedom of information act;
Number of reports per month of blocked gullies by public in year 2020? And the causes of these blockages?
How often do you clean your gullies each year?  
How many gullies are maintained under your authority? And if possible, your yearly budget towards the management of those gullies.

Information not held on the causes of the blockages. This information is therefore exempt under Section 17 of thr Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information Not Held. 

How often do you clean your gullies each year?  
Any urban gully with a small capacity, or an irregular outlet, or is deemed as being high risk for blockages is cleaned annually.  All other urban gullies (large capacity, regular outlet, not high risk for blockages) are cleaning once in every 5 years.
Any rural gully on a major road is clean annually, with other gullies cleaned once in every 2 years.

How many gullies are maintained under your authority? And if possible, your yearly budget towards the management of those gullies.
Total number of gullies = 18,586
Total yearly budget for Gully Cleaning (either cyclical or ad-hoc) = £115,000
