1) Since 2010, please provide me with a list of previously-Council owned buildings which were sold and which subsequently received planning permission from the council for housing?

1a) Please provide the name or address of the building sold, its use prior to the sale (i.e. school, hospital, community centre), the price the building was sold for, details of the bidders including purchaser, the date of the sale and what the money was subsequently spent on.

1b) In regards to the planning permission aspect of the request, please provide the planning application reference number for the successful application, the date on which permission was granted, the number of units granted by the planning permission, and break them down by type i.e. affordable housing, private housing, social housing, housing association rent, buy to let.

1c) Please indicate whether the developments are at planning stage, construction stage, or completed.

2) Within the same time period, please provide the details of any council-purchased buildings or land which has been developed into private, social, or council housing by the council.

1) Since 2010, please provide me with a list of previously-Council owned buildings which were sold and which subsequently received planning permission from the council for housing? We do not record whether previously owned Council buildings subsequently received planning permission from the council for housing. The information is held separately and is publicly available. Council properties sold are publicly available from the Registers of Scotland. Planning permissions granted for Housing developments are recorded on the Planning Portable available via the Moray Council website at this link: http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_41669.html. As this information is publicly accessible, it is exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information otherwise accessible.

The name and address of any sold council property is publicly available from the Registers of Scotland. Details of prior use of any building converted to Housing will be contained within the Planning Permission documentation. This information is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information otherwise accessible.  Details of the bidders for any council property are confidential. The spend of receipts from the sale of Council properties will vary depending whether it was a corporate building or part of a trust.

1b) In regards to the planning permission aspect of the request, please provide the planning application reference number for the successful application, the date on which permission was granted, the number of units granted by the planning permission, and break them down by type i.e. affordable housing, private housing, social housing, housing association rent, buy to let.
We do not record Planning Permission information associated with any sale of property. Planning Permission information as detailed in the question above is held and publicly available on the Planning Portal links which are available via the Moray Council website http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_41669.html. This information is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information otherwise accessible.

1c) Please indicate whether the developments are at planning stage, construction stage, or completed.
We do not record the stage a project associated with the sale of a Council property has reached once the sale has been concluded. This information is therefor exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information Not Held. 

2) Within the same time period, please provide the details of any council-purchased buildings or land which has been developed into private, social, or council housing by the council.
See table here. The details of the date of planning consent and number of units consented are already publicly available via our eplanning system, using the planning refs in the table.
