FOI Request - Water Charges

We would like to (and hereby do) make an Information Request that we be provided with a list of properties that pay water charges for the Scottish Water water services in their Council Tax Bill. To afford greater clarity in the identity of the properties in question, the inclusion of their UPRN as well as street address should be included where available.

The requested information is the property of the Scottish Water Authority.  This information is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, 'information otherwise accessible', as an FOI request can be submitted to Scottish Water at the link provided here.
