FOI Request - Business Rates Data

I have downloaded your latest business rates data from this website: http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_108099.html. 

1. Would it be possible to have the "All non domestic properties" file in an Excel file please? 

2. Also the website says that a report on empty properties will be published, but I can't find that information. Could I please have a list of all properties that are empty?

(1) This information has recently been made available in Excel format at the above cited web address and so is exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, 'information otherwise accessible'. 

(2) We are no longer publishing a separate report of empty properties as these are now listed in the "Current Recipients of Relief" report (the website has been recently updated to reflect this change).  On this report, empty properties are those in receipt of the following classes of relief: 1, 23, 28 and 29. This can be found on the above cited web page and so is exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, 'information otherwise accessible'.
