• How many complaints have been received by the Council in relation to antisocial behaviour resulting from holiday lets in the following years: 2018/2019/2020/2021?
• How many incidences has the Council deployed anti-social behaviour legislation, The Antisocial Behaviour Notices (Houses Used for Holiday Purposes) (Scotland) Order 2011, in response to such complaints about holiday lets over the same years?
• How many complaints have been received by the Council in relation to antisocial behaviour resulting from (a) private tenancies and (b) student properties/accommodation in the following years: 2018/2019/2020/2021.
• How many incidences has the Council deployed anti-social behaviour legislation, Antisocial Behaviour etc (Scotland) Act 2004, in response to complaints about antisocial behaviour resulting from (a) private tenancies and (b) student properties/accommodation in the following years: 2018/2019/2020/2021.
