FOI Request - Provisional Grades For Highers

I would be grateful if you could provide the following information under freedom of information legislation:

• Information held by this local authority regarding the provisional grades for Higher qualifications submitted to the SQA for the 2021 awards. If possible this should include, for example, the overall pass rate and pass rates for each subject.

Our grades were not determined by a single assessment but by teacher professional judgement of demonstrated attainment, supported by evidence including assessments based on SQA materials.  As such the evidence generated through those assessments provided only a partial contribution to the provisional grade. In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can therefore confirm that no overall data set held.
