Please can you tell me how many of your local authority’s staff have signed Non Disclosure Agreements? I’d like an annual breakdown for 2016, 17, 18, 19 and 20?

Please can you also tell me the total amount paid out to staff who have signed Non Disclosure Agreements? I’d like a breakdown for each year please.

Information for years 2019/20 and 2020/21 involve very low numbers and could lead to individuals being identified. As disclosure would risk identifying individuals, this information is therefore exempt under section 38(1)b, personal information, and section 36(2)(b), confidentiality, of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
