I am making this Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. My specific requests are as follows:
1. How many Covid-19 workplace outbreaks have there been in the Moray Council LA between 1 March 2020 and 1 June 2021?
2. In how many offices have there been outbreaks in your LA between 1 March 2020 and 1 June 2021?
3. In how many call/contact centres have there been outbreaks in your LA between 1 March 2020 and 1 June 2021?
4. How many workers in these office outbreaks tested positive for Covid-19 between 1 March and 1 June 2021?
5. How many workers in these call/contact centre outbreaks tested positive for Covid-19 between 1 March and 1 June 2021?
6. What is the specific geographical location of the outbreaks in offices in your LA between 1 March 2020 and 1 June 2021?
7. What is the specific geographical location of the outbreaks in call/contact centres in your LA between 1 March 2020 and 1 June 2021?
8. Please provide details of the number of COVID 19 office outbreaks where the relevant Incident Management Teams have included Environmental Health Officers from your authority in its membership?
9. Please provide details of the number of COVID 19 call/contact centre outbreaks where the relevant Incident Management Teams have included Environmental Health Officers from your authority in its membership?
10. How many office outbreaks have there been where you have been involved in IMTs that have included physical workplace investigation involving your EHOs on matters concerning occupational health and safety related to COVID 19?
11. How many call/contact centre outbreaks have there been where you have been involved in IMTs that have included physical workplace investigation involving your EHOs on matters concerning occupational health and safety related to COVID 19?
12. How many prohibition notices have been issued to employers in relation to occupational health and safety in offices related to COVID 19?
