FOI Request - Adobe Acrobat PDF Licences

1. As part of my research project could you please inform me if you use the Adobe Acrobat PDF editing software within the council, and if so how many licences do you subscribe to and what is your annual spend on this software.
2. It would also be beneficial to know who is responsible for purchasing licences of Adobe Acrobat PDF.

1. Yes, the Council uses Adobe Acrobat PDF editing software. The Council does not have a subscription; therefore there is no fixed annual spend.  For reference, the Council has 35 perpetual licences and, with regard to expenditure, there have been no licences purchased during the last three years.

2. N/A - no licences have been purchased.
