1. The number of public play parks (which are owned and maintained by your organisation) within your local authority area in each of the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
2. The current total estimated amount it would cost to repair all of the play parks in your local authority area
3. Whether any of the school pupils in your area are offered swimming lessons as part of the school curriculum, if so, how many schools offer this out of the total number of schools in your area
4. How many FTE countryside rangers are employed by your local authority, and by how much this number has increased/ decreased over the last 5 years
5. How many schools, out of the total number of schools in your area, offer cycling proficiency lessons (or similar) as part of the school curriculum
6. How many lollypop / school crossing assistants/ equivalent your local authority has employed in each of the last 5 years
7. The cost of a school dinner (for those children eligible to pay) in each of the last 5 school years
8. The cost of a carton of milk (for those children who are eligible for costs in each of the last 5 school years
9. The annual cost for chargeable social care services (i.e. meals of wheels) in each of the last 5 business years
10. A full list of community groups supported by your local authority in each of the last 5 business years
