This relates to English legislation as we have section 75 agreements in Scotland rather than section 106 and we do not operate a Community Infrastructure Levy. This information is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information Not Held.

If you want to know how much we have secured through section 75 agreements then we are happy to provide the information, whether you want that as a total or broken down in to subject matters such as towards healthcare, road infrastructure and so on - please submit a Freedom of Information request to info@moray.gov.uk.
