1. The number of covid grants handed out to citizens of your council area in the last year.
During last financial year 1,728 businesses & individuals received in total £12,342,200 from the various COVID 19 small grants & Strategic Framework Business Fund (SFBF). Please find attached the details in Appendix I (small grants) and Appendix II. (SFBF). On the SFBF data base, Restriction Grants were paid in November & December 2020 with some closure grants also in Nov & December 2020. All successful applicants received Closure Grants for Jan. Feb. & March with qualifying businesses receiving the Top-up payment in January 2021.
