FOI Request - Disabled Parking Spaces Fines

I would like to request the number of fixed penalty notices issued by the council for the following offences in the last year (2020):

- Parked in a designated disabled person’s parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribed manner (both on and off-street, PCN codes 40 and 87).

In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 please be advised that Moray Council does not hold information for on-street parking. Please contact Police Scotland to request this information.

In 2020 there were 22 Excess Charge Notices issued in our off-street car parks for unauthorised use of a reserved disabled bay (that is where there was no disabled badge on display).
