1 . For last 3 calendar years (2018, 2019, 2020), please provide the number of users at Moray Libraries i.e. the number of live library cards at the end of the calendar year, 31 December
2.Of all the users, how many were active? i.e How many had used their card to process any transaction in the last calendar year. Again, please provide the details for the years 2018,2019,2020.
3. Could you give me the number of items issued in each of the last 3 calendar years ? This should include online items too (eBooks).
4. How much did the library service charge in late fines in each of the last 3 calendar years?

For 20-21, the charging of fines was suspended for items on loan when Libraries closed due to lockdown in March 2020. The only fines charged were historic fines that had already been incurred before lockdown.
