I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2002 to request the following information from Moray council. Please may you provide me with:
Meeting minutes of shadow integrated joint board arrangement from 2014-2016.

In Moray the partnership of  health and social care is governed by the Moray Integration Joint Board (IJB).

The board had been operating in shadow form since April 2015 and took up its full powers on 1st April 2016.

2016 minutes onwards are available on the HSCM website and are therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, 'information otherwise accessible'. For ease of reference please find a link to the website here.  

During the shadow period there was also the Health and Social Care Committee which met as well, its final meeting was 31 March 2016.  These minutes are available on the Council website and are therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, 'information otherwise accessible'.
