FOI Request - Douglas Ross/Traveller Communities Communications

I would like to ask for the following information from 7 June 2018 until 15 April 2021.

(1) Please provide all internal communications held by the council which refers/relates to Douglas Ross MP and the following subjects:
• Gypsy/travellers
• Unauthorised encampments
• Door-to-door selling/hawers’ licenses
• Caravans

I’m expecting such information to be found in departments including Housing and Property, Gypsy/Traveller liaison/enforcement, planning and social work/social services and education.

(2) Please provide all external communications between the council and the office of Douglas Ross MP which refers/relates to the following subjects:
• Gypsy/travellers
• Unauthorised encampments
• Door-to-door selling/hawers’ licenses
• Caravans

By communications, I define this as including - but not limited to - emails, meeting minutes and presentations.
