1. What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for Planning, Land Charges, Building Control, Trading Standards, Licensing, Environmental Health and ASB?
The Council uses the IDOX uniform system for Planning, Land Charges, Building Control and Public Protection (Licensing, Trading Standards, Anti-social Behaviour and Environmental Health).

2. When does each contract expire?

No

5. How many users / licences for each system do you have?
There is no specific number of users / licences for each module. We have a 70 user licence for the IDOX Uniform suite of modules. Licences can be used across all the modules in the suite.
