1. The Transformation Manager post is currently vacant

2. It is part of the ICT budget

3. The capital spend on ICT was £1.56 million. With regards to operational IT investments, in accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 202 please be advised that this information is not held, but the overall ICT budget is £3.1 million including staffing.
