Could I please make a request under the Freedom of Information Act in relation to funding models/ frameworks for (non-residential) complex/ 24 hour care.

If possible, please could you provide information for the following FOI requests of non-residential adult social care packages.

• Is there funding model or framework which is used for funding complex or 24 hour care?

• What are the internal processes for securing funding for complex or 24 hour care? For example, how are these funding decisions made?

• Please could you provide the numbers of care packages which include 24 hour or overnight care (non-residential) for the past 2 years, if possible? Can you advise if any of these are jointly funded by other organisations or just local authority funded?
