1. Moray Council are currently in the process of working alongside HITRANS in delivering new cycle stands to 5 different rural locations across Moray. Cycle parking will be installed in Rothes, Keith, Dufftown, Tomintoul and Archiestown. Additionally there will be a Bike Repair station installed in Dufftown. This follows on from 3 Bike Repair stations that were installed last year at various points along the upgraded sections of the Speyside Way. Furthermore we have grant funding available for Elgin town centre, where we plan to install cycle parking on the Plainstones, and at both the West and East end of the High Street. We will also offer all schools and nurseries in May this year, the opportunity to apply for Cycle and Scooter parking fund from Sustrans.

2. In the case of procuring any goods and services between £5k and £50k, such as cycle parking infrastructure, we invite a minimum of 3 suppliers to quote via Public Contracts Scotland.
