I would like to have the information on key contacts within your procurement, IT Procurement and IT Project management departments.

Information on key contacts are published on the Council website and are therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 'information otherwise accessible'. For ease of reference, please see below:

Procurement is a centralised department and can be contacted in the first instance at procurement@moray.gov.uk

IT carries out its procurement via the Council's Procurement department details of which can be found above and here. 

The IT Departments are managed by Frances Garrow, Head of HR, ICT and OD. All enquiries should be made via HR@moray.gov.uk
