I would be grateful if you could provide the following information under freedom of information legislation:
• The number of 'building safety incidents' recorded in schools in this local authority in each of the three most recent academic years. Such incidents should include any instances of the collapse or partial collapse of a wall or structure, and any instances of a pupil or staff member being struck by a falling object.
• A brief description/ summary of such incidents, if any such incidents have occurred and if such information is held.
