FOI Request - Care Experienced Young People

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 I am requesting information in regards to the systems you use to record care experienced young people. I would also like an itemized costing sheet of how much the system costs to maintain use and update  each month.

The department use a shared network drive and Microsoft Word. There are no costs involved as the systems are already in use.
