How many council taxes accounts from March 2020 to January 2021 have you transferred to your local sheriff officer for collection?
Response: in the period March 2020 to January 2021, we have transferred 1,421 Council Tax accounts to our Sheriff Officer contractor.

How many of those council tax account households were in receipt of housing benefit or council tax benefit, or both?
Response: households in receipt of housing benefit or Council Tax benefit at the time of the transfer to the Sheriff Officers were excluded from inclusion in it.

How many of those accounts transferred to Sheriff Officers in your authority were collected through the arrestment of wages?
Response: 20 of the accounts passed to our firm of Sheriff Officers are subject to collection via Earning Arrestment.
